The chairs and the light activation system can be moved from the kiosk easily making them readily available for area events and another option to make money!

The right location in the right mall can be the difference between success and failure. That is why we will handle the real estate needs of the Licensee.
Wow Smile Express works with all the major shopping center owners in the country to secure locations. Our 30 years of shopping center experience can help insure your success. The fact that we deal with many locations at the same time insures that we will get the best locations available for the best price. There is no average rent and that amount will vary considerably from mall to mall, developer to developer. The rents will be from $1,000 to $5,000 per month. In the event that a proposed rent in a specific mall isn’t warranted and could insure a non-profitable location, you will be advised.

What is Included in the License Package?
The Kiosk – The kiosk is designed to meet the standards imposed by most developers. This sleek four seat design can handle 8 people in an hour and meets the needs of both the consumer and the Licensee. We handle all of the headaches; construction & set-up. The structure is designed to plug in and go to business. All you need is a phone/DSL & 110V – 20 Amps. The kiosk also comes equipped with a backlit static screen for promotional advertising and a small video monitor for the entertainment of the customer that can also deliver messages. Integrated into the kiosk is a 24”x28” promotional ad panel to promote you or a related business. National companies pay from $400 to $1,200 per month per advertising face to be in the mall. This element is part of the kiosk.
As we roll out the kiosk program, the mall network will become increasingly more valuable. We will be working with you to purchase time on the video monitors that will further support your business and make you money.
Selecting the Market
We are offering malls in all markets throughout the US. Most markets are defined by the major cities and the adjacent communities. Each market is also defined by its malls….. the larger the market, the greater number of malls. All properties are offered on a first come first served basis. In each mall situation, there will be no commitment(s) until the required deposit is received.
